Aluminium wall cover

The aluminium wall covers form an ideal architectural and constructional end plate of high located walls, fire walls and parapets for flat roofs. By using individual forms and colors not only technical and functional tasks can be solved, but creative elements can also be taken into consideration.
The wall covers in the three basic forms are produced from AlMg 1 in length ranging up to 4,00 meters with a plate thickness from 1,0 mm up to 3,0 mm. They consist of profile and holder. The holder has two rubber lips and is used as a connector at the same time. These rubber lips hinder the water to invade and minimize the noise of the expanding profiles, that occur when temperature changes.
Generally the holder distance is 1 meter. In case of storm-endangered areas, tall building heights or extreme conditions it might be necessary to choose a closer holder distance in line with the DIN 1055.

According to the guidelines for flat roofs the wall covers are produced and assembled with a importend downgrade towards the roof. If a larger inclination is required, please mention this.
Aluminium forms a natural oxide coating, that is permanently weather-resistant. Aluminium profiles can eigher be used unprocessed, anodized or powder-coated fined in RAL-colors.
In order to protect the unprocessed, anodized or powder-coated profiles against scrapes, they will be provided with a removable membrane, that can be taken off after assembling the profiles.
The production of the cover starts after the local measuring.
According to that, lengths, edges, height break joints, bows and other structural parts can be manufactured. The staff can directly take the number of profiles and parts from the positioning plan.
