The cover profile is edged of aluminium steel sheets of the alloy AlMg 1. They are produced in standard heights ranging from 150 mm up to 2000 mm in delivery length up to 4,00 meters. The holder distance amounts 1 meter. The roof holder is available in the lengths of 160 mm and 300 mm.

The carrier profile can be supplied in end length of 85 mm and 150 mm depending on your demand. The roof holder is vertically adjustable and swingable and with a M6 screw on the profile holder. A horizontal and vertical adjusting possibility results from that. From a cover height of 350 mm onwards an additional front fastening is necessary.

This can either be realised with an angel combination or the profile holder can be fastened directly on the front. The connectors for the butt joints are provided.

The flat roof cover profile DG can be deliverd unprocessed, powder-coated or anodized. The profiles, natural aluminium profiles as well, will be provided with a removable membrane. That protects the profile against scratches during the assembly. After assembling the profiles the membrane can be taken off.

The assembly of the cover profile takes place directly on the roof lane. Therefore the cover profile is provided with long holes every 500 mm. After the implementation of the connector the cover profiles and edges can be assembled (side length 500 x 500). At the end the welding lanes are inserted and taped with the clamps (every 2 meters).

The surface can be delivered in the standard version natural aluminium or powder-coated in RAL-colors and anodized on your request.
