Alumont can deliver extruded window sills and edged window sills.
The window sill plus made from extruded aluminium AlMg Si 0,5 F22 can be supplied in 6 meters lengths or fixed lengths. The cover height is 40 mm and the screw side bar 25 mm. The inclination reaches
5 ° and the overhang ranges from 50 mm to 400 mm.
We offer window sill covers/cornice covers of edged aluminium AlMg1 in delivery length up to 4 meters. The height of the cover dimension, the overhang and the height of the screw side bar can be selected freely. If nothing else is required the downgrade will be 5°.
For the lateral end of the window sills we offer butts for plastered brickwork and clinker. If the window sills are planned to be used as cornice covers, we can supply connectors and edges for both types of the window sills. For overhangs >250 mm we recommend to assemble an additional holder below the window sill.
The surface of the window sills is unprocessed. On your request we can also deliver them powder-coated in RAL colors or anodized. To protect the surface against scratches, that may happen during the assembly or front plastering, it is possible to stick a removable membrane on, that can be taken off afterwards.
We strongly recommend to use self-adhesive anti-roar band on the back of the window sill in order to to minimize the noise of rain water.
