This profile can be used for welding lanes and for foil roof lanes. It maches the requirements of the guideline for flat roofs and of the DIN 1055.

The cover profile is edged of aluminium steel sheet of the alloy AlMg 1 F15.

The cover profiles are produced in the standard heights of 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 175 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300mm, 350 mm and 400 mm and in delivery length up to 4,00 meters. The holder distance amounts 1 meter. The roof holder comes in lengths of 160 mm and 300 mm depending on the requirements. It is swingable and vertically-adjustable (3D) with an M6 screw on the profile holder.

This results in a horizontal and vertical adjusting possibility. An additional fastening on the front is necessary from a cover height of 350 mm onwards. This can be either realised with an angel combination or with a profile holder fastened directly on the front.

Connection for the butt joints will be provided from our side.

The roof edge cover profile DG L can be supplied unprocessed, powder-coated or anodized. The profiles in natural aluminium will be provided with a removable membrane. This protects the profiles during the assembly against scratches. It can be taken off after assembling the profiles.

Our one-piece roof edge cover profiles can be used as eaves- and gable steel sheets. They are manufactured from AlMg1 in delivery length up to 3,00 meters and winding measures up to 400 mm.
